Contract Modification or Amendment. A written order, issued by the City to Contractor, covering changes in the Contract documents within the general scope of the Contract and establishing the basis of payment and time adjustments for the work affected by the changes.
Contract Modification or Amendment. Any written alteration in the specifications, requirements, period of performance, price, quantity, or other provision of the AGREEMENT accomplished by mutual action of the parties to the AGREEMENT.
