Contract Management Requirements. The MoJ will nominate a Contract Manager who will manage the overall contracts and who will be the main point of contact with responsibility for day to day contact with the contractor’s, with regards to use of the contracts and operational issues. The contractors shall likewise nominate a Contract Manager who will be the single point of contact acting on behalf of the contractor with regards to the contracts. The Contract Manager shall take overall responsibility for the contracts. The MoJ places a high value on contract management therefore sufficient resources shall be made available by the contractors to ensure that the provision of goods/services is carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority’s Contract Manager.

  • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds. No penalty shall accrue to the County in the event this provision is exercised and the County shall not be obligated nor liable for any damages as a result of termination under this provision of this Contract, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the County to expend or as involving the County in any Contract or other obligation for future payment of money in excess of appropriations authorized by law.

  • CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS a. NSF will exercise its responsibility for oversight and monitoring of procurements, contracts or other contractual arrangements for the purchase of materials and supplies, equipment or general support services under the award. The procedures set forth below must be followed to ensure that performance, materials and services are obtained in an effective manner and in compliance with the provisions of applicable Federal statutes and executive orders.
