Common use of Contract Language Clause in Contracts

Contract Language. (a) Arabic is the language of interpretation and execution of this Contract. Nevertheless, the two parties may use a foreign language besides Arabic to write the Contract or part of it. In case of any inconsistency between the Arabic and the foreign language texts, the Arabic text shall prevail. Arabic shall be the basis of specifications.
