Contract Goals. A. For purposes of this procurement, OGS hereby establishes the following goals for Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBE) participation. Contractors are, however, encouraged to make good faith effort to promote and assist the participation of MWBEs for Lot 3, Cloud, who perform commercially useful functions on this Contract for the provision of services and materials. The total Contract goal can be obtained by utilizing any combination of MBE and/or WBE participation for subcontracting and supplies acquired under the Contract.
