Contract Expiry Notification. SCM unit in collaboration with Contract Management function is responsible for ensuring that timeous arrangement is made to notify end users of all contracts expiring within the next 6 months. Communication with the end users must be in writing and documentation must be properly filed. Where procurement processes need to commence within a period exceeding six months (for example 12 months prior to expiry) such longer notice period will be given by the SCM unit to the relevant end user department.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • Contract Expiration / Automatic Renewal At the end of its term, this Agreement will expire, or at Energy Harbor’s option, automatically renew for a term less than or equal to its initial term unless you affirmatively cancel the Agreement. If this is a renewal Agreement and you do not affirmatively cancel as outlined in your notice of renewal, then your Retail Electric Service from Energy Harbor will automatically renew as outlined in your notice of renewal.   • Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses. A truck delivery is all the wood delivered including sorts on super trucks, mule trains and pups brought to the delivery point by a single truck.   • Payment Does Not Imply Acceptance of Work The granting of any payment by City, or the receipt thereof by Contractor, shall in no way lessen the liability of Contractor to replace unsatisfactory work, equipment, or materials, although the unsatisfactory character of such work, equipment or materials may not have been apparent or detected at the time such payment was made.   • Card Expiration The Card will expire no sooner than the date printed on the back of it. You will not be able to use the Card after the expiration date; however, a replacement will be automatically mailed to you prior to the expiration of the soon-to-expire Card. If you need a replacement for any reason other than at the time of the Card’s expiration, you may request one at any time by following the procedures in the sub-section above captioned “Card Replacement.”

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Failure to Provide Notice of Expiry If the HSP fails to provide the required 6 months’ Notice that it intends to allow this Agreement to expire, or fails to provide a Transition Plan along with any such Notice, this Agreement shall automatically be extended and the HSP will continue to provide the Services under this Agreement for so long as the Funder may reasonably require to enable all clients of the HSP to transition to new service providers.

  • Contract Exhibit J Quarterly Sales Report If a conflict exists among any of the Contract documents, the documents shall have priority in the order listed below:

  • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • Contract Task Order A-E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The COUNTY Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with COUNTY Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by COUNTY Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, COUNTY Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned COUNTY Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by COUNTY Project Management staff.
