CONTRACT CONTENTS. Contracts of employment issued to members will include: the member’s name, annual salary rate applicable, the effective date of employment under the contract, the ending date of employment, the level and step placement on the applicable salary schedule, and the date of the signature of the contract. All returning, recalled, or newly hired members receiving contracts prior to the start of a school year will receive a 365-day contract commencing with the first member day of the school year for which they are hired. Members recalled or hired during the school year on a limited or continuing contract will receive prorated salary and fringe benefits due them up to the commencement of the succeeding school year.
