Common use of Contract Closeout Clause in Contracts

Contract Closeout. At the discretion of HCJFS, a Contract Closeout may occur within ninety (90) days after the completion of all contractual terms and conditions. The purpose of the Contract Closeout is to verify that there are no outstanding claims or disputes and to ensure all required forms, reports and deliverables were submitted to and accepted by HCJFS in accordance with Contract requirements.
