CONTRACT AND BONDS. 1.12.1 The successful BIDDER shall execute and deliver a CONTRACT in the prescribed form and shall furnish the required bonds within ten (10) days after issuance of a written Notice of Award or his BID SECURITY shall be forfeited as provided elsewhere herein.
