CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT INCENTIVES. The goal of this program is to ensure continuous improvement occurs within the organization. Employees are encouraged to submit narrative descriptions of their ideas and potential benefits through supervisory channels to the office with implementing authority. These ideas will be evaluated for utility and merit. The Employee will be notified of the action taken on the idea.
