Common use of Continuing Right Clause in Contracts

Continuing Right. Following the expiration of the Royalty Term in any country, RedHill shall be entitled to continue to exploit the License in the Field in such country with respect to Products without having to pay Royalties or make any other payment to Apogee in respect of such activities.

Continuing Right. Following the expiration of the Royalty Term in any country, RedHill shall be entitled to continue to exploit the License in the Field in such country with respect to Products the Product(s) without having to pay Royalties Royalties, Sublicense Royalty Fees or make any other payment to Apogee Egalet in respect of such activities.
