Continuing Employment. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring upon the Employee the right to continue in the employ of Printpack in any capacity. Nor shall this Agreement or anything contained in this Agreement be deemed to constitute an Employment Agreement between Printpack and Employee. Nor shall any provision of this Agreement restrict Printpack's right to discharge Employee or restrict Employee's right to terminate his employment.
