Common use of Continuing Effectiveness, etc Clause in Contracts

Continuing Effectiveness, etc. After the Refinancing Date, all references in the Credit Documents or other similar documents to "Credit Agreement" or words of like import shall refer to this Agreement. The execution, delivery and effectiveness of this Agreement shall not, except as expressly provided herein, operate as a waiver of any right, power or remedy of the Banks under any of the other Credit Documents, nor constitute a waiver of any provision of the Credit Documents.
