Common use of Continuing Education Units Clause in Contracts

Continuing Education Units. Employees in positions that require licensures or certifications with Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements will be allowed to do so on work time and at the Employer’s expense, based on documentation from the licensure or certification provider. This provision does not apply to the Washington State driver’s license.
