Continuing Actions Sample Clauses
The Continuing Actions clause defines obligations or responsibilities that remain in effect even after the termination or expiration of an agreement. Typically, this clause applies to duties such as confidentiality, indemnification, or payment of outstanding amounts, ensuring that parties must continue to honor these commitments beyond the contract’s end. Its core function is to provide ongoing protection and clarity by specifying which provisions survive the contract’s conclusion, thereby preventing disputes over lingering responsibilities.
