Common use of CONTINUATION OF SECTION Clause in Contracts

CONTINUATION OF SECTION. Section 13. (Vacation Leave) shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the expiration of the other sections of this MOU on November 12, 2022 as provided in Section 24. (Scope and Term of Agreement), and unless otherwise agreed to by the County, shall be incorporated into the successor MOU.

CONTINUATION OF SECTION. This Section 1310. (Vacation Leave) shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the expiration of the other sections of this MOU on November 12, 2022 the term end date as provided in Section 2420. (Scope and Term of Agreement), and unless otherwise agreed to by the County, shall be incorporated into the successor MOU.

(Scope and Term of Agreement), and unless otherwise agreed to by the County, shall be incorporated into the successor MOU.
