Continual Representation Clause Samples
Continual Representation. The representations of Buyer set forth in this Agreement shall be true on and as of the Close of Escrow as if those representations were made on and as of such time.
Continual Representation. The representations of Seller set forth in this paragraph 11 shall be true on and as of the Close of Escrow as if those representations were made on and as of such time; provided, that, all representations of Seller shall merge into the Grant, Bargain, Sale Deed and shall not survive the Close of Escrow.
