Content Integrity Sample Clauses
Content Integrity. Alteration: You must not alter, modify, or change the Content in any way that could deceive or confuse others. This includes, but is not limited to, changing the meaning of the Content or creating derivative works that could be mistaken as originating from EOPE OÜ. • Misrepresentation: Presenting the Content in a way that falsely implies it is sponsored, endorsed, or approved by EOPE OÜ, or falsely implies a partnership or association with EOPE OÜ, is strictly prohibited.
Content Integrity. 6.1. The Content Protection System shall prevent any tampering with or modifications to the protected content from its originally encrypted form except as permitted elsewhere in this agreement.
