Contamination Monitoring. FRANCHISEE shall conduct a route review for prohibited container contaminants in Waste Material containers in a manner that results in all routes being reviewed annually. Waste Material containers may be randomly selected along a hauler route.

Contamination Monitoring. Franchisee shall meet Container contamination minimization requirements in accordance with this Exhibit, 14 CCR Section 18984.5 and 14 CCR Section 18984.6. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees to utilize the following procedures to assist in minimizing Container contamination. Nothing in this Section 3 shall require Franchisee to collect a Container containing Excluded Waste (except de minimis volumes of HHW) that Franchisee identifies while performing the services contemplated under this Agreement under any circumstances. Franchisee shall not be required to collect or process Excluded Waste, or any Organic Waste or Recyclable Materials that are not accepted by any facility to which Franchisee delivers such materials for processing under this Agreement.
