Containers and Chassis. 48 1 (A) Containers: 3 1.) Contractor shall provide Containers that have the following features: 5 (a) Closed top designed for intermodal refuse Transport; 7 (b) Rigid and durable, designed to Transport a minimum payload of 8 30 tons; 10 (c) Corrosion resistant; 12 (d) Smooth interior walls and floors; 14 (e) Rear loading double doors with heavy duty rubber seals that are 15 safe and easily manually opened and closed by County 16 personnel; 18 (f) 100% leak-proof to a height of 24” from the container floor; 20 (g) Screened vent door at the front to allow dissipation of heat and 21 expanding gases; 23 (h) Possess no sharp edges or other hazardous conditions; and 25 (i) Painted with a unique identification number in numbers and 26 letters less than six (6) inches high on the two (2) long sides of 27 the Container.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Spare Parts 14.1 As specified, the supplier may be required to provide any or all of the following materials, notifications, and information pertaining to spare parts manufactured or distributed by the supplier:

  • Durable Medical Equipment Durable medical equipment is equipment which can withstand repeated use, is primarily and customarily used to serve a medical purpose, is useful only in the presence of an illness or injury and used in the Member’s home. Durable medical equipment includes: hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, glucose monitors, external insulin pumps, oxygen and oxygen equipment. GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

  • FABRICATION Making up data or results and recording or reporting them.

  • Packing 9.1 The supplier shall provide such packing of the goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the contract. The packing shall be sufficient to withstand, without limitation, rough handling during transit and exposure to extreme temperatures, salt and precipitation during transit, and open storage. Packing, case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods’ final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.
