Common use of Contact Numbers Clause in Contracts

Contact Numbers. The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation-wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services. Contact numbers for maintenance/repair of services shall be staffed twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. AT&T will close trouble tickets after making a reasonable effort to contact Global Connection for authorization to close a ticket. AT&T will place trouble tickets in delayed maintenance status after making a reasonable effort to contact Global Connection to request additional information or to request authorization for additional work deemed necessary by AT&T.
