Contact Method and Customer Service. 10-1 We, at Waves –seeking to provide best possible quality for our services provided to Users- provide contact methods available and specified in Waves Website, Platform and Application, in order to receive any notes or suggestions sent. 10-2 We shall allow Users to contact with Customer Service representatives at Waves to receive any problems, notes or misunderstanding that may occur between Users and Third Party due to implementation of the Contract agreed upon between Users and Third Party to seek, as Waves, address these notes, if any, without any commitment or liability on Waves as agreed upon in terms and conditions hereof. Contact with Customer Service shall be made through methods indicated and available on Waves Website, Platform and Application.
