Common use of Consumers Clause in Contracts

Axis acknowledges that the laws of certain jurisdictions provide legal rights to consumers (someone who uses the Axis Technology outside of his or her trade, business or profession) that may not be overridden by contract or waived by those consumers. If You are such a consumer, nothing in this Agreement limits any of those consumer rights.
