Consumers. 16.1.1 If you are acting in the capacity of a Consumer (as determined by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have certain additional rights as set out in this section. 16.1.2 If you are a Consumer, you may cancel the Agreement at any time during the 14-day period after accepting the terms of the Agreement (“Cancellation Period”) without giving any reason.
