Common use of CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT Clause in Contracts

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 15.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Products and Services from QuickCircuit for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 15.1 13.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Products Goods and Services from QuickCircuit LAE for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 15.1 14.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Products and Services goods or services from QuickCircuit Abseil Access for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 15.1 17.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Products and Services from QuickCircuit Frontstage for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT. 15.1 13.1 The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded where the Customer acquires Products and Services Goods from QuickCircuit Elastochem for the purposes of a business in terms of section 2 and 43 of that Act.
