Consumer Data. Unique Consumer Identification Number (contractor assigned), name, address, date of birth, ethnicity and gender, family data and parent information;
Consumer Data. All of the Consumer Data will be, and will at all times remain, the sole and exclusive property of Valley; provided, however, that Valley will pay Encoding [*] all revenues received by Valley through the sale, licensing or other commercial exploitation of all or any portion of the Consumer Data during the term of this Agreement.

Licensee shall be the sole owner of any and all demographic and User data related to the Service, including, but not limited to, survey information, IP addresses, User activity, cookies and email addresses. To the extent practicable, Licensee shall provide Licensor with anonymous, aggregate consumer data related to Licensor's Licensed Content.
Consumer Data. (a) Prior to the Distribution, Remainco shall in good faith seek to, but in each case (x) solely to the extent permitted by applicable Law and industry standards and (y) subject to Consents and Governmental Approvals and any restrictions imposed thereby (which restrictions shall only be set forth in writing or in a written agreement at Remainco’s sole and absolute discretion), retain, or cause to be provided to or retained by a member of the Remainco Group, copies of all Remainco Shared Platform Consumer Data and RSN Shared Platform Consumer Data. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Remainco has no obligation to provide to any member of the Fox Group copies of any Consumer Data (i) relating to a Digital Platform allocated to any member of the Remainco Group pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or (ii) otherwise constituting a Remainco Asset; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not limit any rights of the FOX Group to own, use and retain any Consumer Data that is a FOX Asset, including, without limitation, any Remainco Shared Platform Consumer Data and RSN Shared Platform Consumer Data.
Consumer Data. As between you and ThumbStopper, all consumer data gathered about and/or provided by visitors and viewers of ThumbStopper’s classified advertising is the exclusive property of ThumbStopper. You may use, on a non-exclusive basis, certain portions of this data submitted by consumer inquiries directly related to the sale of your goods and/or services within the ThumbStopper software.
Consumer Data. Except as permitted under this Agreement, each party agrees not to disclose any “Consumer Data” (defined below) to anyone except its employees and agents with a need to know in order to enable that party to perform its duties and obligations under this Agreement. Each party agrees to use diligent efforts, and at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Consumer Data and to require all agents to agree in writing to comply with such requirements. Each party will promptly provide the other party with copies of such agreements upon request. “Consumer Data” is defined as all information or data, in whatever form, provided by or through either party to the other in connection with this Agreement concerning or relating to any Consumer User, including, without limitation, names, addresses, telephone numbers, other identifying information, and information relating to personal characteristics, preferences, or credit history from the repositories. In order to comply with the laws that regulate the Consumer Data, each party agrees to institute the following systems, procedures, and controls (together, “Security Procedures”):

Consumer Data. Subscriber agrees not to upload to any Service information relating to a customer or consumer of a financial institution under GLBA (15 U.S.C. §§ 6801–6809) or its equivalent.
Consumer Data. Xxxxx will collect consumer data from individuals submitting photographs for use on the Products. Consistent with waivers from such individuals and applicable privacy laws, Xxxxx will submit such consumer data to Target for use in the marketing and sale of the Products.
Consumer Data. Without limiting the provisions in Section 10, Licensee shall not disclose to any vehicle manufacturer those customers of the Local Business who have made purchase requests for vehicles of another vehicle manufacturer in such a fashion that the disclosure identifies the customer's name, address, or other identifying information.
