Common use of Consumables Clause in Contracts

Consumables. Contractor’s Laboratory Service Provider shall supply, at no additional charge to Offenders, all consumables required, such as wrapped specimen bottles, caps, and urine/specimen containers, which shall be standard sized, leak- proof, and free of any contaminant or preservative that could alter the drugs or metabolites. For pick-up and shipping purposes, Contractor’s Laboratory Service Provider shall supply pre-addressed labels and forms, chain of custody forms, and mailer/transportation cartons.
