Consumable materials Sample Clauses

The 'Consumable materials' clause defines the responsibilities and terms related to materials that are used up or depleted during the performance of a contract, such as office supplies, fuel, or cleaning products. It typically specifies which party is responsible for providing, paying for, or replenishing these materials, and may outline standards for quality or usage limits. This clause ensures clarity over cost allocation and prevents disputes about who bears the expense for items that are necessary for ongoing operations but are not intended to be returned at the end of the contract.
