Consulting. During the sixty (60) day period following any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.1.3, Section 4.1.4, Section 4.1.5, or Section 4.1.6, and provided that Company and Executive have no disputes regarding the payment of any severance amounts under this Agreement, Executive shall be available, subject to his other reasonable commitments or obligations made or incurred in mitigation of the termination of his employment, by telephone, email or fax, as a consultant to the Company, without further compensation, to consult with its officers and directors regarding projects and/or tasks as defined by the Board. In no extent shall the consulting services required pursuant to this Section 4.3 exceed 80 hours.
