Common use of Consulting Clause in Contracts

Consulting. (a) In the event of termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(a) (3) or 6(a)(4) above, Employer and Employee agree that Employee shall, for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of termination serve as a consultant to Employer.

Consulting. (a) In the event of termination of employment pursuant to paragraph 6(a) (36(a)(3) or 6(a)(4) above, Employer and Employee agree that Employee shall, for a minimum period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of termination serve as a consultant to Employer.
