Common use of Consulting Relationship Clause in Contracts

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company (the “Services”). Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company (the “Services”)) to the Company as described on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the provide Services such that the results are satisfactory to only as requested by the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services (the "Services") to the Company as described on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. Consultant represents that Consultant is duly licensed (as applicable) and has the “qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services”). Consultant shall use Consultant’s 's best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between Consultant shall devote at least 20% of Consultant's time to performance of the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”Services.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide on demand consulting services (the "Services") to the Company (as described, and on the “Services”)terms set forth, on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Services such that the results are in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide consulting services to the Company (the “Services”)) to Company as needed and as requested by Company. It is expected that such services shall be performed in the various locations as may be requested by the Company. Such services shall include the services described on the attached Description of Consulting Services. Consultant shall use Consultant’s best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are in a manner satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant will provide investment advisory consulting services (“Services”) to the Company (in connection with the “Services”)Company’s and Consultant’s performance of their respective obligations under the Specified Agreements and the Other Agreements as the parties shall agree. Consultant shall use Consultant’s commercially reasonable best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. Consultant represents that Consultant has the qualifications, the experience and the ability to properly perform the Services. Any consulting relationship between the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”.

Consulting Relationship. Consultant shall use Consultant’s 's best efforts to perform the Services such that the results are satisfactory to the Company. Any consulting relationship between Consultant shall devote approximately 1/2 of Consultant's time to performance of the Company and Consultant, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”Services.

Any consulting relationship between the Company in a diligent and Consultantprofessional matter, whether commenced prior to or upon the date of this Agreement, shall be referred to herein as the “Consulting Relationship”and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
