Common use of Consulting Period Clause in Contracts

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company in respect of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) and continuing until termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 7 below (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall serve as a consultant to be engaged by the Company in respect pursuant to this Agreement commencing as of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) Date and continuing until termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 7 below for two years thereafter (the “Consulting Period”)) unless such consultancy is terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of Section of this Agreement.

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall serve provide the Consulting Services during the period commencing as a consultant to the Company in respect of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) and continuing until termination date of this Agreement in accordance with Section 7 below and ending at the close of business on the first anniversary of the date of this Agreement (the “"Consulting Period”").

The Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company in respect of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) date of this Agreement and continuing until termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 7 below (the “Consulting Period”).

The Consultant shall serve as a consultant render consulting services to the Company and to the Board of Directors, on the terms and conditions set forth in respect of this Agreement, for the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing beginning on December 26thOctober 1, 20072011 and ending on September 30, (the “Effective Date”) and continuing until termination of 2014, unless this Agreement shall be earlier terminated in accordance with Section 7 below 9 hereof (the “Consulting Period”).

The Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company and the Parent (collectively, together with the Parent and with any other subsidiary of the Company or the Parent, the “Group”) in respect of the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing on December 26th, 2007, (the “Effective Date”) date of this Agreement and continuing until termination of this Agreement in accordance with Section 7 8 below (the “Consulting Period”).

Consulting Period. The Consultant shall serve as a consultant provide consulting services to the Company Company, on the terms and conditions set forth in respect of this Agreement, for the Services (as defined in Section 2 below) for a period commencing beginning on December 26th, 2007, the date hereof and ending when terminated by either side pursuant to the following sentence (the “Effective Date”) and continuing until termination of "Consulting Period"). The Company or the Consultant may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time upon written notice to the other party; provided, however, that the Company may terminate this Agreement in accordance only with Section 7 below (the “Consulting Period”)approval of its Board of Directors.
