Consulting Day Clause Samples
Consulting Day. 3.5.1 OnCloud may agree to vary the Consulting Day to meet exceptional needs of Customer, but, subject to prior agreement with the Customer (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld) reserves the right to charge additional fees for any hours worked in excess of 7.5 hours (the first 30 minutes will not be charged for) as follows:
3.5.2 For weekdays a charge of 125% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Statement of Work
3.5.3 For weekends and UK public holidays: 150% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Statement of Work for Saturdays and 200% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Statement of Work for Sundays and UK public holidays.
Consulting Day. 3.5.1 INOAPPS may agree to vary the Consulting Day to meet exceptional needs of CUSTOMER, but, subject to prior agreement with the CUSTOMER (such agreement not to be unreasonably withheld) reserves the right to charge additional fees for any hours worked in excess of 7.5 hours (the first 30 minutes will not be charged for) as follows:
3.5.2 For weekdays a charge of 125% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Statement of Work
3.5.3 For weekends and UK public holidays 175% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Statement of Work
Consulting Day. All Consulting Services will be conducted during business hours. The minimum billable unit is a single consulting day.
Consulting Day. 5.4.1 The Charges are based on a standard Consulting Day. Inoapps may agree to vary the Consulting Day to meet exceptional needs of Customer, but reserves the right to charge additional fees for any hours worked in excess of 7 hours as follows (with the first 30 minutes being free of charge):
5.4.1.1 for weekdays, a charge of 125% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Work Order; and
5.4.1.2 for weekends and public holidays, 175% of the standard hourly rate based on the rates defined in the applicable Work Order, provided that in the event no standard hourly rate is specified in the applicable Work Order, the Inoapps standard hourly rates in force at the applicable time shall apply.
