Consultation with Other Subadvisers. The Subadviser agrees that it will not consult with any other Subadviser for either Trust or Series concerning any transaction by the Series in securities or other assets.
Consultation with Other Subadvisers. In performance of the Subadviser’s duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Subadviser shall not consult with any other subadviser to a Fund or a subadviser to a portfolio that is under common control with the Fund concerning transactions for the Fund, except as permitted by the policies and procedures of the Fund. The Subadviser shall not provide investment advice with respect to any assets of the Fund other than the Assets managed by the Subadviser.
