Consultation with Counsel and Interpretation of this Agreement. The Executive has had the assistance of counsel of the Executive’s choosing in the negotiation of this Agreement or the Executive has chosen not to have the assistance of counsel. Employer and Executive, having participated in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement, hereby agree that there will not be strict interpretation against either party in any review of this Agreement in which interpretation of the Agreement is an issue.
