All credit and debit card transactions will incur a 2.2% surcharge. Missed appointments/ sessions. With exception of NDIS clients^, if you need to reschedule an appointment, please give minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% re-scheduling fee. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full fee (^ NDIS clients see NDIS Service Agreement documentation for cancellation policy).
Consultation Fees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, should you require input from us by way of advice or explanations on any matter, or whether by email, in person, by telephone or by any other means, or should any authority require work of us or attendance of any meeting on your behalf, we shall be at liberty to immediately charge you for such, based on our from R1300.00 (USD375.00 for offshore clients) hourly rate or part thereof or per item in our sole discretion. Failure to charge for such in no way invalidates our right so to charge for up to a period of 3 (three) years per item/instance and you agree to make payment immediately upon request.
