Consultant's Fee. For any and all Services provided by the Consultant in connection with the Transactions, the Company agrees to pay the Consultant a fee (the “Fee”), in the following amounts: (i) $20,000 cash; and (ii) 500,000 shares of YBP’s common stock (the “Shares”).
