Construction Trailers. Up to four (4) construction trailers may be located within the Subject Property, subject to review and approval by the Community Development Department Director. No trailer shall be located along the right-of-way of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. All necessary permits will be acquired for temporary on site wastewater treatment facilities (septic) and temporary irrigation ▇▇▇▇▇ prior to the commencement of construction activities. The construction trailers shall have a stabilized sub base. These construction trailers shall be removed, as directed by the City.
