Construction Team. The Design Builder, Design Builder Architect-Engineer, Project Design Criteria Professional, the Owner’s Commissioning Agent and the Owner, including their representatives, called the "Construction Team", shall work jointly during design and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The Design Builder shall provide leadership during all project phases to the Design and Construction Team on all matters relating to design and construction. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall be construed to create a contractual relationship between any other person or entity other than the Owner and Design Builder. The Design Build Architect- Engineer, other design professionals and consultants engaged by the Design Builder shall be persons or entities duly licensed to practice their professions in the State of Florida.
