CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS. All civil engineering construction work shall comply with the requirements of SANS 1200: Standard Specification for Civil Engineering Construction. All steel materials supplied and erection of the steelwork shall comply with the requirements of SANS 2001 β CS1: Latest version. All buildings shall comply with the requirements of SANS 10400: National Building Regulations. All buildings work shall comply with the requirement of the Model Preamble for Trades (1997) as issued by the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors.
