Construction Sign. Within thirty (30) days after request of Landlord, Tenant shall install, during the period in which Tenant is undertaking Tenant’s Construction Work, a project sign at the Project that satisfies the requirements of the DUO, if any, and such sign shall be maintained at the Project by Tenant thereafter at all times until Substantial Completion is achieved.

Construction Sign. Lessee shall cause to be erected on the Premises a construction sign describing the development and the participants in accordance with Authority specifications. No later than thirty (30) days after start of construction Submission - Final Art Budget. Lessee shall submit a final Art Budget for the Phase I Improvements. The date on which the Lessee has obtained all necessary permits required for the construction of the Phase I Improvements
Construction Sign. Upon request of the Bondowner, the Borrower shall, at its expense, affix one sign satisfactory to the Agency, the Bondowner and the Borrower in a highly visible place, indicating that the Agency and the Bondowner are providing financing for the construction of the Project. Any such sign shall be erected in compliance with state and municipal laws and ordinances.

The Borrower agrees, at the Lender's expense, to have a sign constructed and placed on the Real Estate in a location satisfactory to the Lender and the Borrower stating that the Project is being built with the proceeds of a construction loan by the Lender, said sign to be in the form and to conform to the specifications set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto, so long as such specifications do not violate any Governmental Requirements.

Directory Signs shall be limited to the name and type of business and its location within the building or complex.
