Construction Schedules. A. The Contractor, promptly after receipt of the Award Letter, shall prepare and submit to the Owner, for approval, a construction schedule for the Work. The Construction Schedule, as approved, shall not exceed the time limits provided in the Contract Documents, shall be revised at appropriate intervals as required by conditions of the Work and the Project, shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents and shall provide for the expeditious execution of the Work within the Contract Period. B. The Contractor shall prepare and keep current, for the Owner's review and approval, a schedule of submittals which is coordinated with the Construction Schedule and is maintained both on the job site and available for the Owners review.
