CONSTRUCTION REGULATION. You will at all times while performing Your obligations under this Agreement comply with the requirements of CPUC General Orders 95 (Overhead Electric Construction Standards), 112E (Gas System Construction Standards) and 128 (Underground Electric Constructions Standards), as they apply to this Agreement. It will be Your duty and responsibility while performing any cutting or welding to comply with the safety provisions of the National Fire Protections Association’s “National Fire Codes”, and Factory Mutual Engineering’s cutting and welding procedures and the applicable requirements specified in Owner’s associated documents.
