Construction Meetings. ▪ Pre-Pre-Construction Meeting: Attend the meeting to prepare City field staff with key discussion points that will be explained to the contractor in the Pre- Construction Meeting.
Construction Meetings. The City will provide reasonable prior notice to SaskPower of all construction meetings with contractors and subcontractors in relation to the construction of the City’s Facilities. SaskPower will have the option to attend any construction meetings between the City and its contractors or subcontractors in relation to the construction of the City’s Facilities during the Construction Period.
Construction Meetings. Commencing on the first full week after the week in which Landlord commences vertical construction of the Project Improvements, and continuing each week thereafter until Substantial Completion, Landlord, Tenant, the Project Architect and a representative of the general contractor of the Project Improvements shall attend construction meetings at a mutually acceptable location during general business hours, for the purposes of discussing the progress of the Project Improvements in accordance with the construction schedule.
Construction Meetings. A Tenant Authorized Representative and a Landlord Authorized Representative shall endeavor to meet at least once every two weeks during the construction of the Building to discuss the progress of such construction and any related issues. Such meetings may be in person or via telephonic conference call and may include, as appropriate, the General Contractor, the Architect and any other relevant parties.
Construction Meetings. 6.5.1 Pre-Construction Meeting (Kick-off): Design Professional and its consultants shall attend and participate in a pre-construction meeting called by the University’s Representative. Attendees shall include Contractor and major subcontractors, University’s Designated Administrator and others as deemed necessary by the University. The Design Professional may submit items to the University’s Representative for inclusion in the agenda.
Construction Meetings. The City and C/CAG will participate in biweekly Project coordination meetings with contractor to keep apprised of Project progress.

The COUNTY reserves the right to schedule construction meetings with the DEVELOPER’S representatives (Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Superintendent and others) at a place designated by the COUNTY with respect to project related matters upon twenty-four (24) hours notice.

Construction Meetings. Prior to commencing work in the Premises, Tenant shall schedule a meeting with Landlord and its architect, Contractor and Architect to review in detail the scope of work, schedule, and procedures and other details to ensure that the work may proceed without material disturbance to Landlord or other tenants working on improvements in their premises. Thereafter, the same representatives shall meet as needed to plan and discuss progress. Landlord shall be entitled to participate in the regularly scheduled meetings with Tenant’s construction team.
