Construction Manager at Risk. AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT THIS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Oregon State University (“OSU”), a public university (the “Owner”), and , a[n] (the “Construction Manager”).
