Common use of CONSTRUCTION LIEN Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION LIEN. 60. The Subdivider shall pay promptly those employed in the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of the Phase II Works, but shall hold back such sums as are required to be held back by the Construction Lien Act and the Subdivider shall indemnify the Municipality against any claims, actions or demands for Construction Liens or otherwise in connection with the Phase II Works; and, on the demand by the Municipality, the Subdivider shall forthwith discharge any such lien or any certificate of action which may be registered against the Phase II Works or the Phase II Land.

CONSTRUCTION LIEN. 6051. The Subdivider shall pay promptly those employed in the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of the Phase II 2 Works, but shall hold back such sums as are required to be held back by the Construction Lien Act and the Subdivider shall indemnify the Municipality Township against any claims, actions or demands for Construction Liens or otherwise in connection with the Phase II 2 Works; and, on the demand by the MunicipalityTownship, the Subdivider shall forthwith discharge any such lien or any certificate of action which may be registered against the Phase II 2 Works or the Phase II Land2 Land .
