Common use of Construction Hours Clause in Contracts

Construction Hours. Developer shall be permitted to perform construction between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday; provided that (a) concrete pours may begin at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. Saturday and may continue until 10:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, as needed, subject to the conditions and public notice requirements set forth in the Construction Mitigation Plan and the required after hours construction permit; and (b) interior construction work which does not generate noise of more than thirty (30) decibels beyond the Property line may also be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a. m. and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
