Consultant shall submit the Construction Documents to District, along with the Construction Cost Estimate, and request District\u2019s approval. If District elects to conduct a constructability review of the completed Construction Documents with its own internal assets or by a third party, a report shall be provided to Consultant and Consultant shall revise the Construction Documents accordingly and shall respond in writing to each comment made by the constructability reviewer in one of the following ways: Indicate where or how the comment is reflected in a change to the Construction Documents, or Explain why the comment is not reflected in a change to the Construction Documents. District may require Consultant to supplement its submittal or to prepare an additional submittal if Consultant\u2019s response is insufficient to allow the constructability reviewer to confirm the changes. Consultant shall coordinate with the appropriate jurisdictions, including but not limited to State, County, and local jurisdictions, Historic Preservation organizations, neighborhood associations, and utility purveyors, to ascertain required review and approval processes for construction of the Work. The submitted format will be consistent with the previous estimates but will provide a level of detail as to all costs that is satisfactory to the Owner. materials and equipment, methods of installation, and standards of workmanship, including (in the appropriate section of Division 1 of the specifications) a complete listing of all warranties required under the technical portions of the specifications;\n5. develop all required bidding information;\n6. provide the Owner 5 sets of the 100% complete Project manual, including specifications and drawings, for review and approval prior to advertising the Project for bid;\n7. submit to the Owner, for approval, a second independent cost estimate of probable Direct Construction Cost of the Project, consistent with the requirements of Section I.F.4 above, as applied to the final design, and compare and reconcile this independent cost estimate with a separate, independent cost estimate obtained by the Owner;\n8. if the Contractor for the Project is a CM/GC, the Architect shall perform the following Services associated with preparation of the probable Direct Construction Cost of the Project:\na. Review and verify any adjustments made by the CM/GC to the previous estimates of probable direct construction costs for the Work based upon unit costs referred to above, which might be indicated by changes in requirements or general market conditions, and report the Architect\u2019s findings to the Owner.\na.
