Construction Documents Final Back-Check Stage a. The Construction Documents final back-check stage shall be for the purpose of the Architect incorporating all regulatory agencies' comments into the drawings, specifications, and estimate. All changes made by the Architect during this stage shall be at no additional cost to the District.
