CONSTRUCTION CRAFT WORKER APPRENTICESHIP Sample Clauses

The Construction Craft Worker Apprenticeship clause establishes the requirements and procedures for employing apprentices in construction craft roles on a project. It typically outlines the qualifications apprentices must meet, the ratio of apprentices to journeypersons allowed on site, and the responsibilities of both the employer and apprentice during the apprenticeship period. By setting these standards, the clause ensures that apprenticeship opportunities are provided in compliance with industry regulations, promotes workforce development, and helps maintain a skilled labor pool for construction projects.
