Common use of CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Clause in Contracts

CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION. Construction on the CSU, Chico campus may occur in or near campus University Housing facilities. Work is generally scheduled during normal daytime working hours (7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Construction projects could result in disturbances and disruptions, including, but not limited to, increased noise and dust in the area. Housing will provide timely notification of construction in or near residence halls whenever possible. By signing this License Agreement, the Licensee agrees that they have been advised of possible construction and acknowledges that disturbances and disruptions resulting from construction are not grounds for termination of this License Agreement or for an adjustment in room costs.
